I personally love chirping sounds of birds, So I always consider laurels amongst mixed hedge selections. You can go with any laurel hedge variety. You can try Cherry laurel, english laurel or even a portuguese laurel.
  2. Beech Hedge- Deciduous hedge selection, popular all over the USA. It can be shaped into a stunning hedge. With the passing seasons, its leaves change color into copper brown in color which brings more elegance in it. 
  3. Arborvitae- Fast growing, evergreen, deer resistant, handsome hedge; Arborvitae hedge selection for you. Although you can go with any arborvitae hedge variety, but green giant arborvitae stands out to be the most different. It is fast growing in nature, it’s glossy green leaves looks even more beautiful when it grows to its mature size.
  4. Hornbeam Hedge- Being able to grow up to 80 feet tall, Copper brown in color. The tree has distinctive fluted gray bark that turns yellow orange in autumn. which complements it more beautifully. In Europe, this hedge is planted in a group to give it a formal look. Also this tree is celebrated as a shade producing hedge.
